What we hold. The email address you pay with (so we can send your key), your key's record, and the tracker data you create: materials, recipes, settings, and the order and statement rows you import.
What we never hold. Your Etsy password or any Etsy login. Your payment card — Stripe handles the payment; we receive the confirmation and your email address, nothing about your card.
What we do with it. Your tracker data exists so your tracker works. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to advertise to anyone else. Imported rows are only ever read under your own key.
Cookies. One cookie, set only after you type your key: it remembers that this browser opened your tracker, so you do not type the key on every visit. It carries a signed token, not your data. The public pages set no tracking cookies.
Email. Key emails are sent through Resend from our sending domain. We email you about your key and about the tool you bought — not a newsletter you never asked for.
Your call. Write to help@doogex.com to have your tracker data deleted. Deleting it removes your materials, recipes, and imported rows; your key record stays so the key itself cannot be resold.
